Whats happening?

Ive been using this app for probably more than 3yrs and I was really liking it. Now all of a sudden I cant even get in. So I had to delete it and download again. It started to work but it erased my entire history but its doing the same thing again where I cant even get in. Not impressed. Im going to look for another app now.
